What is EDP
A complete path to self-employment
The programme motivates young men and women from every section of society — including physically handicapped candidates, ex-servicemen and BPL candidates — to consider entrepreneurship as a career option.
The objective is to promote new enterprises, build the capacity of existing MSMEs and inculcate an entrepreneurial culture in India. You choose a project line, and we walk the rest of the way with you.

The Process
Eleven steps from application to first order
Every stage is defined, so you always know what happens next and what is expected of you.

Apply Online
Register on the RKF website with your details and pay the registration fee.

Awareness Program
Attend a session where training modules and lines of business are explained. Candidates are segregated by admission criteria and batches are formed.

Document Scrutiny & CIBIL
Your documents are verified and a CIBIL report is generated. Genuine defaults are reviewed and resolved wherever possible.

Character Certificate
A character certificate confirms a clean record. Candidates with a good CIBIL score and clean character move to loan processing.

Training Batch Allotment
On loan approval, the training batch is scheduled and the training calendar is announced by the Taluka Training Centre.

DIN & DSC Application
In parallel, company formation begins with the application for Director Identification Number and Digital Signature Certificate.
